Study on young people's relationship to ecology, climate considerations and meat consumption
In May 2020, YouGov asked the Consumer Council Think in a total of 503 young respondents about their attitudes, knowledge and habits in connection with ecology, climate and meat consumption.

The survey shows that 8 out of 10 young people buy organic products, even though they associate organic with higher prices. The main reasons why young people choose organic are that they see organic food as healthier and that the production of organic food takes better account of both animals and the environment.

If you dive into what young people buy from organic goods, fruit and vegetables get a clear first place, sharply followed by dairy products. Few people choose organic ready meals. This may be due to the fact that the supply of organic ready meals is still not large.
